Friends, As we near the end of the first quarter of the year 2008, I sit back and reflect on the last 3 months. Whew! what a time it has been. I have been thinking for a while to write to all of you, but just did not have the ideas to communicate to all of you, till this morning, when my colleague and friend Rupa Tete showed me her friend Minal's blog. I decided to make a blog of my own to write to you. The year 2008 has been an important as far as my own growth pattern is concerned. This year when the sun rose on the horizons of Delhi, little did we realise that it has in store so many shocks and serves. To begin with Pinki and I were preparing our baby. Pinki fervertenly prayed for a baby girl. I too joined her prayers thinking that if our son is gifted with a sister, our family would be complete. Moreover I also thought that a girl would complete all the direct female relationship that a man can think of having. I would have a mother, wife, sister and a daugter. So... on the 7t
