Dear Freinds,

The MNS actions against North Indians in Maharastra warrants criticism by one and all. These actions are completely parochial in nature and should not be encouraged. If all states start throwing out citizens on the basis of birth places, it would result in complete mayhem. What do places like Delhi do, where people from almost everywhere live. This phenomenon of" locals" is being spread by narrow minded leaders for their own motives. Lets abstain from all these petty politics

Sensitivity is such a common word these days. As a matter of fact these days we are bombarded with words galore. We need to be sensitive, understanding, loving and caring and what not. I think sensitivity is the mother of many of human emotions. I rate myself as a sensitive man. Why I can't trust myself?

Dear life, Why is it so difficult to trust oneself and be confident about ones on abilities.In my own case, I think I find it difficult to believe that I am good in anything. This is so far from truth . People come to me with so many questions about their issues . I am able to tell them exactly what has been their problem. But when it comes to myself , things look different. I ask myself “why?” Does this happen to you .? I guess we can solve most of the problems of the world However when it comes to our own issues , we get bogged down.. we don’t trust enough. It so happened that last month an exhuberent 30s something chap came to my office to see me . I was really hard pressed for time, as I had a flight to catch in the evening. Friends In the year 2008 I have realised the importance of health. Nothing should/could be more important than a proper physical and mental health conditions. Since the last 6 months I have been attending the Sivananda Yoga Institiute located in Dwarka. I am into this power yoga for about 90 minutes , 4 times a week and the resluts have been stupendous.
