Allow me to write to you not as your senior colleague, but as one of your well wishers in the team
I can see that you are facing some challenges in your life. Working in the muddied water of MSW itself is quite a challenge. Looking after the school, KGs, interacting with all sorts of people in the company is really tough and you are doing it well, I must say....
What I am worried about is your tension due to staying away from your family. I understand what you must be feeling staying away from young children and wife in Lucknow. Most importantly with your parents not staying with them, you must be feeling insecure. I just want to write to you that whatever the problems be, do open up and share. One may not be able to solve your problems, but atleast we can divide the problems between ourselves.
I know you are a responsible father, son , husband and a professional. I want Rajesh Pandey to do well in life... Very Well

Dear sir,

I respect your feelings ,and luckily being good enough of the previledge of this bonding.I never let down this generousness.Yes , I am figthing with some shortcomings ,but I know the time is big factors when you are not able to counter, then you practice to live ,and watch which will help sanjeevani.

Why I can't trust myself?

Dear life, Why is it so difficult to trust oneself and be confident about ones on abilities.In my own case, I think I find it difficult to believe that I am good in anything. This is so far from truth . People come to me with so many questions about their issues . I am able to tell them exactly what has been their problem. But when it comes to myself , things look different. I ask myself “why?” Does this happen to you .? I guess we can solve most of the problems of the world However when it comes to our own issues , we get bogged down.. we don’t trust enough. It so happened that last month an exhuberent 30s something chap came to my office to see me . I was really hard pressed for time, as I had a flight to catch in the evening. Friends In the year 2008 I have realised the importance of health. Nothing should/could be more important than a proper physical and mental health conditions. Since the last 6 months I have been attending the Sivananda Yoga Institiute located in Dwarka. I am into this power yoga for about 90 minutes , 4 times a week and the resluts have been stupendous.
